De acordo com Fabio Panetta, executivo do Banco Central Europeu (BCE), o euro digital deve ser desenvolvido para proteger a Uni\u00e3o Europeia.<\/span><\/p>\n

Para Panetta, \u00e9 importante que o bloco tenha uma moeda digital pr\u00f3pria para evitar que outras criptomoedas tomem conta da regi\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n
